Souper Sundays are filled with laughter, learning, chopping, prepping, sharing, and most of all, amazingly fresh organic in-season dishes. There is something magical when women (and men) gather in the kitchen to cook. It nourishes the soul, not only the body!
Basic Information: Class is limited to 8 to10 participants. Each class features 2 soups, 1 side dish, a dessert, wine and appetizers. The class has hands-on guided involvement in preparing the dishes followed by a wonderful meal where we share what we prepared in class.
Meal Selections: Each class takes into consideration the dietary restrictions of the participants. I select only organic, in-season, and locally sourced ingredients.
What's Included: wine or non-alcoholic beverage, appetizers, recipes, meal preparation, nutritional advice about the ingredients, and a wonderful meal shared by everyone. There is even a small parting gift for everyone!
Price and Classes: Each class is $40 per person. There are four classes per season. You can purchase each class separately or sign up for all four classes at a discount of $140.
