Essence House offers a variety of workshops, and this photo captures one of our Neurographic Vision Board sessions.

The energy of manifestation, amplified by the power of women coming together, was truly palpable during this creative workshop.

I had the pleasure of co-hosting the session with Stacy Armstrong of InJoy Shiatsu. Stacy and I also co-facilitate a monthly women's group, "A Circle of Women," where we focus on cultivating vibrancy and empowerment in our lives.

In our group classes, we make the experience fun and interactive. We’ll mix the dough, craft our pizzas, and of course… enjoy the delicious results! YUM!

Essence House offers a wide range of interactive workshops, and this needle felting class was no exception. No experience was required—just creativity and a willingness to try something new.
