My personal life mission is "To inspire women over 50 to lead a more joyous, vibrant and healthy lifestyle." 

My Story

Jan Pavelco, Your Personal Lifestyle Guide

         Jan Pavelco is an integrative health coach certified through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. As a certified yoga and qigong teacher, Jan is a compassionate lifestyle guide dedicated to helping people embrace healthier, more vibrant iving.  She is especially passionate to help women  over 50 become the best version of themselves.  She offers culinary cooking classes called Souper Sundays where you can learn to create delicious, nutritious meals. Additonally, Jan brings  yoga and qigong classes right to  your home via Zooom. She also creates handcrafted products under The Inspired Apron brand, including aprons, eye pillows, totes and other charming household items. 

         Jan is the author of the book "The Inspired Apron. A Recipe for Life" and well as the creator of a deck of affirmation cards called "Everyday Wisdom".

    What contributes to a person's overall health?

    Primary Food:

    Primary food isn't what you think! It's everything that you actually don't eat. Think about your career or life passion, your relationships, your spirituality, and your physical activity. If just one of these is out of balance or not "feeding" your soul, your health can suffer. It's so important to discover how to optimize what you surround yourself with so you can be your best self. In my book, "The Inspired Apron. A Recipe for Life", you'll find tips and  information about how to develop a lifestyle that focuses on living a balanced life as well as lots of great recipes.  

    Secondary Food:

    This is actually the food you eat. The choices you make when  you shop have a huge impact on how your body functions. Choosing organic, local, in-season "real" food vs. processed or take out makes all the difference. This is also where the love of cooking, and wearing that apron, come into play as well. Remember, the most important ingredient in any meal is love!
